I put it on mine when Camps 7 came out Dennis, so far so good. aww

I know Camps 7 (the book) has updates for a number of years, do you know what the situation is with the app, also when Camps 8 comes out next Feb (2015) does that mean we have to buy the updated app???? confuse

Its just when I retired I got a voucher for 25 years of service and bought camps 7, thanks to this forum I purchased the program to go with it , not sure about the app though.

Have camp 6 on my Garmin - mostly wonderful - except at Hay where it wanted me to swim the river to get to Sandy Point, and Smoko (Bright) where I was supposed to drive through a paddock 200m past the little dirt entrance road.

Sorry Dennis, I should have said POI's for GPS, is an app of sorts.

I did a (very) slow download of the site (my pc on "go slow") and this is what I am talking about, I only have a basic mobile phone so can't load the other apps.   I loaded the POI via my home pc. I couldn't see anything on the site about POI GPS updates though, but may have missed something.

See here for the POI pc download;
