Just hope every one will be OK in the SE Qld area after all the rain that has  fallen over the last 24 Hrs. A friend lives on the Brisbane River West of Brisbane.

I don't think there has been enough rain to flood them but it's all the low lying places that flood causing chaos. People cut off and causing accidents on the roads.

Need the rain but not all at once.

We're parked up on the bank of the Mary River. It has certainly came up a lot & there's lots of debris floating down & some of it catching on the bridge piers.

I listened to the Country Hour on ABC radio this afternoon and the farmers are delighted... stock prices are up, parched fields are now lush green pastures and winter crops look very promising.
