Bundaberg to Toowoomba

Hi we are travelling over a month period from bundy to eventually Tamborine but inland not coast road.

we are in middle of houses sits and have just realised it is Easter and School holidays.

any suggestions for camps along the way that might be peaceful ( i can just see most of you saying gee she is joking isn't she).

we don't mind busy but it's the loud, loud music and all night parties every night that we find a bit hard to cope with nowadays.

we were looking at Wurruna Dam, Boondoona Dam or hopefully something with a river or a great view to stay for a week or so at a time We will have a month to fill in.

thanks guys

Travel safe

Di and Greg

Di and Greg, we do house sits, too and spent some months during last winter around north Bundaberg.

Have you got the Camp 7 book? There are nice spots starting with Monduran Dam just out of Gin Gin, and then going down and out to Biggenden, or Kingaroy etc. I guess that you can always ring the more populated spots and ask.

Good luck with your planning.

Marilyn
