GVM


Looking to buy a sunliner eurospa  which has LR registration (QLD) and wish to downgrade it to 4495 kg GVM. What do I do? Most Spa's are on 4495 but this one has been registered 5000??? Thanks for all and any help

You need to go and talk to a Qld Transport registered engineer and ask him the same question bcoz he is the one that is going to downgrade it for you..

No good asking any of us beco0z we ain't gunna sign the certificate..

Have you checked the actual weight when full of fuel, water, gas, food cloths and people?
Pay to do that first or you may be jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire....

Hi Joe,
I agree with P n M, I would be looking at the Tare of the vehicle and estimating the weight of the gear that you will put inside, ie water, diesel, LPG, generator/gennie fuel, clothes, food, Sat dish etc etc, like a lot of tandem caravans this could be up to 500 to 600kg, plus you and partner, Total 750Kg. Payload + tare = ????
