Teacher asked little Johnny, "If I gave you 2 cats and another 2 cats and then another 2 cats, how many cats would you have?"

As quick as a flash Jonny replies " 7 , Miss."

Teacher shakes her head and says "No, listen carefully... if I gave you 2 cats and another 2 cats and another 2 cats, how many will you have?"

"7, Miss." says Johnny

The teacher shakes her head again and says "Let me put it to you differently. If I gave you 2 apples, and another 2 apples and another 2, how many would you have?"

"6, Miss" is the reply

"Good" said the teacher, "We're making progress! Now if I gave you 2 cats, and another 2 cats and another 2, how many would you have?"

"7, Miss!!!" said Johnny

"How the hell do you get 7!!!?" yelled the teacher

" Because I've already got a f%$#*k cat at home!!!" yelled back Johnny.
