Is Luritija rd...the road that takes you from Uluru to Kings Canyon, sealed all the way?

Yep, sealed all the way. However from Kings Canyon to Glen Helen is not and is often very rough and only suitable for good off road vans. So you have to retrace your route to stay on the bitumen.
