House prices in albany very cheap compared to perth free up some cash also summer in albany winter up north thats our plan! Plus the king george are delicious!
We have been in Albany for about 6 weeks now. Leaving in a couple of weeks for 3 and then we are back for another 3 weeks before we head East over Easter.
We intend coming back here for next years Grain Harvest in October.
Albany also has lots and lots of people from Perth who come here to escape Perths heat. When it cools down in Parth the Albany Hghway North Bound will be chockers.
Wonderful weather. Lovely place.
