Well we went to Dover and Southport on Wednesday. The weather was not kind. Even if we could pull over to take a photo, all we could see was rain and mist. Luckily on our return the weather was clearing and at least we could see "the other side". (Make what you wish from that comment, but be nice please!) The next day we caught up with Brian and Cheryl (Briches) and it was great to meet like minded people. We talked for a couple of hours which whizzed by! In the arvo we took ourselves to Richmond and had a great time. Mongrel took lots of pictures and I wandered around the village admiring the old houses and quirky shops. Managed to pick up a couple of pressies for those back home. We took in the model village of old Hobart Town and enjoyed the detail and craftsmanship thoroughly. We managed to find 3 of the 4 things in the challenge and were happy with this. Some people have amazing vision and talent and it is great that they share it. And, no we didn't do the mazes, they were just closing when we got to that end of the town. Mongrel has not downloaded the photos yet. Will post asap.
So today we say farewell to Hobart and head to Strahan with a lunch time stop at Derwent Bridge. Tomorrow we do the Gordon River Cruise.
Now, before I go any further, I am always nice, down right nice guy is me but I can't speak for Wombat, Dazren or Vic but wombat just runs a muck and I tell you that for free
I sure hope K9 is not misbehaving Adele and you are keeping him under control. Sounds like you are both enjoying Tassie for sure but I do have some bad news for you, I sent a copy of your post to K9's ex boss and he reckons you are both having way too much fun in the playground and has changed his mind and you are to return to work ASAP, like yesterday. He didn't let you retire early to enjoy life so back you go.
Travel safely over to Strahan and enjoy the Gordon River, just be careful they don't lock K9 up on Sarah Island, could end up being eaten.
How come K9 makes you do all the paperwork Adele, not nice.
I enjoyed episode 3 of series 1. Looking forward to the rest of series 1 and can't wait till series 2. I could get hooked on this show as I have another one.
