Help!!!     hmm

It seems I have chosen to receive email notifications of every post on GN Forums, in error.   This is an error on my part,  (I have no idea how I did it .......)   so I have tried "settings", in our Login page, but cannot find where we need to delete this action. .  

All ideas will be gratefully appreciated. aww

Set Settings -> "Email Digest of New Topics" to None.
