Jenzarl - there is a thread called "Pick this Place" at the top of the General Forum for this type of picture - it is a lot of fun, guessing where places are - join in there - you will be made most welcome - works like this - someone posts a picture, people guess, the winner gets to post the next pic - good fun!!! Good people on there as well!!

I reckon your pic is the Organ Pipes, as well.

I agree that it is Sawn Rocks in the Mount Kaputar National Park near Narrabri NSW and is well worth a visit.

When we visited Mt. Kaputar NP (years ago) we were sitting at a picnic table eating our sarnies when out of the bush jumped a quite large kangaroo & grabbed my sandwich & took off. Then when we went right on top of the high flat area there we came upon a wedge tailed eagle & he ran across the rock very near to us & took off into the skies. Fantastic sight. Cheers Alice

Jules it is Sawn Rocks at Mt Kaputar.blankstare

Rocklizard figured out the correct answer over in Pick this place. I have been interested in other peoples replies about a similar NP in Victoria. I grew up there and have never heard of it.

Jules I even figured out what I did wrong  when I down loaded such a large Pic instead of the thumbnailhmm
