The owner can advertise on Aussie house sitters and/or mindahome. If they have not done so or don't know about it. This will give them greater coverage.

Presume they book you through one of the house sitters web sites. There is plenty of time for them to re-advertise. August is a fair way off still.

We too are professional house sitters. Don't understand what the fuss is about. If you are O/s do you not have an internet connection? We are currently house sitting in Kapunda
