Pine Lodge CP - right on the water - flat rate all year round $25 pn - + you pay for the power you use - we stayed one night, our cost was under $1 so no charge.  Lovely owners, cabins, onsite vans, kiosk with a good range of fishing gear.  Facilities, old but spotlessly clean.

Town of Adaminaby is small but has some good shops, garage etc., museum.
