Cleaning your annex walls

What do you people use to wash your annex walls?

I have been told by the bloke at Coffs Canvas at most pure soap like sunlight soap anything harder will wash out the protection.  others have said light truckwash.

Mine need cleaning but they cost to much to ruin

I use white vinegar and water (sometimes with a few drops of detergent) to clean most things. I just googled this too....

They say use vinegar and water to keep mildew at bay, and that it won't harm the annex material.
