I hope your Ipad is very comfy in it. Would be good for him watching TV or just lounging around

That looks good, might get me one. Might also be good for resting camera on uneven surface to save the wobbles I usually have.

 That's what reckon too. Before I had a case for mine I had it on a small pillow and it kept shutting down until I woke up to what was causing it. No issues since.
