chinese herbs

Just started a course of the real chinese herbs.  Taste foul - but I've noticed a reaction within the first 2 days.  My poor rusty organs have been shaking and rattling - I think my liver's gone into shock!!

As an ex smoker - I need to remove loads of phlegm and years of "clogging".  Apparently citrus fruits - beetroot and asparagus - aid this process.

Keep well away from fats/oils.

Stay well - Lesley F

We have just joined the forum and were not able to discuss it with you earlier. I would think meditation might help you more. You can practise it based on your body need and response. Chinese herbs work very well if you have a good Chinese doctor.
