We've just had a very enjoyable week parked right on the riverfront - front row and only have to take 20 steps to cast your fishing line. Cost isn't cheap at $40 p/n for 2 and $10 less behind the 'dress circle'.

Very clean facilities with showers that pour copious amounts of hot water, clean toilets with decent toilet paper!  Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. Laundry $4 a load. Burrum Heads is a quiet fishing village with all the shops/club/pub you need with no hustle and bustle. We loved it and actually caught and ate fish.
