Bought a new tug Ford Ranger Duel Cab 3 L TDCI

Hi Folks,

We have towed around this beautiful country for many years using Nissan Patrols, Toyota Cruisers, Pajero's  and a variety of different combinations, but I have never had such a versatile as my current Ford Ranger.

For a 3 L Turbo it pulls our Jayco Heritage 19 ft 2200 kg caravan with amazing ease up hill or down dale it makes no difference, and it not only does it with ease it does it in Ideal condition on about 12 l per 100 K, and up and down dale on about 14 L 100 KS.

To say I am impressed is an understatement, for a little tug with all my gear on-board she has the heart of a lion.

Happy Campers we are. smileIMG_1618.JPG

Fantastic Dave good set up and glad you are happy with it, also glad you did not park under those tree limbs. We just traded our Colorado and Coromal in on a new set up but, these 3ltr diesels though are good no doubt about it, and fuel economy yes very good we averaged 16lts/100.
