We've been with iinet for years and are very happy. On the rare occasions I've had to call them, my queries were handled intelligently and with patience even for a computer dodo like me to understand.

We are with iinet, but we only have a normal phone line based broadband.
We find them good to deal with. We used to have a satellite conection with one of the other companys and
found it very unreliable.

If you go with Boost like I suggested on your other thread and you have an android phone you could do like we do and hot spot your phone and use the 3 gig of data available to you each month..
