As you can see, it's coming away with some good gaps all around! I prefer to think this was caused by a long rough road, as opposed to me sitting it.
anyway, if anyone has advice on the best way to fix it, or rather the best sealant to use, I'd like to know. I have "Selleys no more gaps" on board, but not sure if this is the best thing to use.
I think it is best resealed with Sikaflex-Pro or Sikaflex -227 (available from Bunnings) both remain flexable and are polyurethane based so they skin over and can be sanded and painted.
I would remove as much of the old sealant as possible with a very sharp blade before applying a bead large enough to bridge the gap... the excess can be removed by having some small strips of rag ready and wetting them with turps, keep changing the strips to prevent spreading the sealant and once it is all cleaned up just let it set and it should be fine..
Another way for easy cleanup is to run masking tape each side, run your Sikaflex around then run your finger along it making sure it is as thin as possible at the masking tape edges and remove the tape. Works for me.

I had the same toilet/shower set up and the same problem in my Jayco caravan. Used the masking tape/silicone option which worked well. Anyway it lasted the three mmonths before I traded it in for a motor home with separate shower and toilet.
Yep as Bob said .. I run a strip of insulation tape or masking tape about 15mm away from gap and apply
white Sikaflex.. Pull tape to allow nice clean consistent line.
