Just upgraded from campervan to motorhome

Just upgraded from a Toyota Hiace Campervan to a 1994 Ford Trader Elite motorhome!

Previously owned in Kingaroy until May this year by one owner from new.

What a difference! Heaps of storage.

Nice looking rig and I'm sure the extra room will be a blessing.

Early days but where's the GN sticker? Lol.

Hope you have many safe and happy miles in her.

Thanks for all the replies.

Best bit is the full size WAECO Fridge/Freezer, works off solar panels on the roof.

GN sticker is to hand, will be sticking it up as soon as I get my cataract op over tomorrow.

The GN stubby holder has already made the transition.

Curious about the Elite Motorcampers plate in the cab, have contacted two Elite businesses in Burleigh Waters and Melbourne but they suggest it was made in England.
Any ideas on this?

So far I have smuggled in 3 camp ovens and 1 Volcano Stove,  just need to sneak in the OzPig now..........

I see you're still eating that jaffle, David. That's a pretty flash looking MH, mate, and a giant leap from a campervan. All that storage space must seem like a blessing, not to mention the living space. Congrats on a good buy!

Very nice set-up.
Many moons ago I worked for Budget rent a car.
They had many Traders on fleet & they were the most reliable.
When you think how some people treat rentals, that's high praise.
I'm sure you will be enjoying it.

Looks a lot more roomy David.  I'm still with a Hi-ace.  How about some internal Pics ?

Cheers,

Sheba.

Thanks David.  Not just for me though.  We all like seeing different layouts.   Kitchen area looks interesting.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Jeez, you've got the whole box and dice there, David, and even a special place to read girlie mags hehe. And a microwave! You must have lots of solar panels and batteries.

 Seems to be!

Aircon and electric sockets work on mains/generator,  fridge and lights work off solar/battery.

Still working out the electrics!

Still cant track down Elite Motorcampers.

Tried Elite in England but they were not in business in 1994.

Anybody got any ideas?

Now have my OzPig stored under one of the seats (don't tell Beryl).

The plot thickens!

Found a metal plate by the passenger seat which reads: "Elite Motorcampers Loganhome".

Anybody know of them?
