For anyone passing north from Pt Wakefield if you are looking for a good rest area try Dublin. Don't think there is any camping but a good spot to rest complete with dump point its accessible from three sides.

Now, here's a question from a bloke who's never used a dump site. There's a tap to one side of the dump, which is obviously used for rinsing the container. What happens then? Is the water after rinsing tipped onto the ground or into the dump?
Into the dump Gary - there is often a small hose on the tap (but they get stolen!!! or lost!!) - you use the water to make sure the dump point is clear of your waste, and rinse out your loo as well!!!! Must say they aren't all like the one shown - which is one of the CMCA sponsored ones I believe - some are just a pipe in the ground with a screw on lid!!!!!!
