This topic seems to invoke strong emotions in a lot of us me included.

Rape is Rape let us all be clear of that.  Whether it is committed by a man to a woman. a woman to a girl/woman, or a woman to a man/boy.  

NO means NO

Rape is Rape

The crime deserves very severe punishment and at least 10-15 years in jail without parole.

I agree, Peter. It's like driving. If an accident happens, and you're in the right, it doesn't undo the damage. But if you drive defensively and avoid an accident, so much the better.
