There is no simple answer. Some people love clubs while others loath them. We stand somewhere in the middle. While we're not generally club type people we joined a few years ago with the though that if we didn't enjoy ourselves at the musters we wouldn't re join the following year. Well hear we are a few years down the track and we're still members. While we don't attend all the musters held by our own branch, we do attend a few musters held by other branches far and wide. The camaraderie is fantastic, the knowledge one can pick up is second to none, and it gives us a good excuse for getting the van out of the yard on a more regular basis. As for site seeing trips, dinner at the pub, Bocci, Klopp etc. one joins in if they like or can choose to do something else or do nothing. The choice is yours and no pressure to participate in any games etc has ever been applied. Cheers, Ozjohn.
