UPDATE ON UHF COAX CABLE JOIN

You might remember last week I asked can you join the said cable and do you loose in signal.

Well, a join was not needed after all that as I found some cable entering through the firewall on the passenger side, after further investigation I was able to feed the coax along side the other cable and in behind the glove box, problem solved. At the end of the project I ended up being able to reduce the length of the coax and still have a bit to spare, now about 70cm shorter.

Job done and dusted.

Doug, somehow reading threads around here I just wonder if the "whats around me" relate to a furry thing/being or to the genteel fairer gender types.

Just be pleased your coax is fixed and sorted, unhindered in process.
