A brand new caravanner hopeful.

Hi everyone. I am a 63yr old invalid pensioner who has just purchased a 16" Statesman Streamline 1988, (with a small loan), to escape the next Melbourne winter for health reasons. Although I now feel very excited about the new adventure, (I will be traveling alone for about 6 months), my total lack of experience in doing this sort of thing also makes me a little nervous. I am a very friendly fellow who has over a million questions to ask  those of you who would be gracious enough to help me to prepare for the day that I leave --- late April next year. This is my 1st "toe in the water". My questions will probably be embarrassingly simple. Thank you all.

May i be the first of many to welcome you to the forum yobbo2u. You will find plenty of answers to your questions, some of those through the general forum.

Welcome to the forum yobbo2u. Congratulations on your new winter abode.

May I suggest that you post any questions in the General section where more people will read it?

Also, the wonderful folk on here have been brilliant and so friendly.
