Interconnecting Multiple Batteries in Parallel

I found this site in 2011 and have had my 4 x 100AH batteries reconnected since then with Method 4 and all seems to be working great.

I did previously have them set up as in Method 2 as advised by a friend in the Solar industry without it seems any problems but this different

set up seems to be a better way to keep all batteries equal and hopefully better life.

Cheers Kev.

Thanks Kev

good explanations also - I use method 3 at the moment, may go to method 4 when we get new batteries.

Thanks KevKim, that must be one of the best explanations (the link) on connecting multiple batteries.

Brilliant site! Answered a some of the questions that I have had with regards to batteries. I am now confident enough to fit our second battery myself. Well done guys!
