iv done a cake when della was i hospital real havnt found anything we can cook yet lam shanks is our fav in a casserole dish or just on the grill . and yes you do need to keep the lid closed but thats whats so good about it and how it cooks so even and to clean it i just let it burn for a few extra minutes after were done .

If your running your webber on a baynot on the van do you still need the regulator on the webber hose?

same question goes for a protable gas stove
