Why not compulsory National Service for all offenders who steal from others...it wouls straighten out some I'd imagine

In some countries thieves wouldn't be able to pick their nose or eat.It's hard without hands .JIMBO ,VERY HAPPY  TO HEAR OF THE RETURN OF YOUR BIKE . cheers Peter.

Too finish The other chap who hard his Mountain Bike stolen then same night Has got ot back as well....No sure of the story inregard ro where ir was found or in what condition.........

 Why do people think the ADF would want them?? I doubt if it would change them at all as the little ferals prefer to steal rather than work for it. Imagine the thieves trained to kill ....real nice how do you do that would be.
