Hi there Cowboy. I wouldn't be to worried about this scheme, it is plainly a grab for votes and it will never get past the Senate. Should Abbott get in it will die a natural death and we will be told that he tried but the Senate blocked it. They all do this Cowboy, its the baby kissing, and promises that will never see the light of day time that comes around every three years. Do you remember the CORE promise?

Why is it in such a mess and getting worse affairs

Also why is it Tony abbots friends pay more for bringing up a child than some one on low income ?
