Here I am at Lightning Ridge reading the general topics posts and there is a post from Happywanderer saying she camped at the big emu rest area just up the road, so what to do, easy go say Hello. Which is what I did . My wife and I spent an enjoyable time with Marg and Jess. I am sorry Marg but your tea went cold whilst we were talking.

met up with Marg last week and had a great chat................cannot imagine you would be unwelcoming Marg so put it down to the cold, hope the rest of your trip goes as planned.

Thank you Bob and Paulette for coming to visit. I must say my hospitality was very poor. We could have sat up the top at those tables instead of standing around the van door. I could have reboiled the jug even though you said no.
I could have done lots of things I didn't and I apologize. I can only presume getting over this head cold has left me a bit defunct in the head.
