Trail A Van . . . Toowoomba .

I'll put this in here as it's not strictly a mechanical job .

We had a handful of small problems with the van that have accumulated over a few months with

hot water , heating , Lighting , TV aerial etc.

Booked in to Trail A Van in Toowoomba expecting it to take at least a full day , and cost around the $500+ mark .

Finished by lunchtime and cost us $221 which included some parts .

Having been ripped off by the dealer we bought the van from when they did the 12 month warranty service , this was a pleasant surprise .

Trail A Van , 24 Mansell St. , Toowoomba  Qld.  . . . . . They're OK .  smile

Pleased that you got a good result from Trail-a-van as our experience was the opposite. We had a bird strike on the air conditioning cover on our Concept Ascot. Got a claim number from Insurance Co and went into this particular business on a Wednesday. Gave all pertinent info, they took photos, and were going to order new cover . Luckily we have friends in Warwick so we went there for a few days. Phoned insurance company on the Friday, hadn't heard a thing from Trail-a-van. Monday morning, same story. Trail-a-van wouldnt talk to us so Tuesday, we said, "Dont bother, we'll go down into NSW and find another repairer. " 1 hour later, Insurane co phoned " Parts arrived" 6 days for a repair? Slack

Had a similar experience to sandsmere.
Experienced problems with water pump and non-return valve.
Phoned Rod at Trail A Van to see if he could have a quick look to see what could be done.
They fitted us in straight away and had the problems sorted, including fitting a new valve, within
an hour or so.
As we are living in our van this was great service.
