Peter Pan, aysons Reserve near Rochester is good, toilets, no showers, Greens Lake another great stop both near Echuca. We loved it up round this area. Hope to be back that way Nov/Dec , ish.
Yes, we have looked at this one. Like the fact of having a river nearby.
Thanks
Kevin

You will have a great time out there Peterpan, there is so much to see. Queensland roads have a lot of roadworks happening so you need to be patient whilst driving. If you have Wikicamps or Camps Australia Wide book you will find heaps of camps to suit you. I love Burren Junction, We will be calling in there on our way home. Take care.
Peter Pan, don't know if you have been to Deniliquin or not, if not plan to spend some time there. Spent an afternoon there a couple of months ago and cannot wait to get back there. Very impressed with the history of the area and the town is so clean and pretty. Worth the stop and exploring. IMHO.

Always find with most places if you want to have a look around you have to be prepared to do a bit of walking , Caravan parking is not always available in the centre of town but have found if you like to walk it's ok

We haven't been to this area before, so everything will be an adventure
and new experience. We intend to have fun and enjoy whatever comes.
Kevin.
PS. Were coming through Echuca on Monday, what's the parking like for
stopping with a van? We will be back later in the year, but want to have
a look around before that 10 day visit.
I think there is room to park your caravan near Echuca Tourist Info. From there its only a couple of blocks walk to the main street in one direction or the historic area the other.

Thanks Pam,
Walking is supposed to be beneficial to my health. Much prefer chocolate though.
we love Maryborough - very friendly and helpful store keepers - had a lovely c/p site backing onto the lake - then 8 weeks at Paddy's Ranges free camp
Hi Villatranquilla,
We stayed at the same CP Sat and Sun. Met a great couple Freehuzzars ie Paul and Kerri, they reckon in a couple of weeks their new home will be ready to
occupy.Their new tow vehicle is great, I want front seats like theirs, bliss. The wife lived out at Adelaide Lead, which no longer exists except for the School. Yes we found everyone very friendly.
Regards
Kevin
