Belongil has a great reputation for staging major entertainment and camping  events ..... from 3000 girls at a major youth camp a few years back  to until recent years, the home of the North Coast Blues Festival every Easter - to one of the past owners implicated in an ICAC enquiry . Byron Bay - never boring and always up to mischief..... Glad you are enjoying your stay there Dougwe - nice to know there is somewhere to stay in Byron that caters for travellers such as ourselves.
