You didn't mention what email program you are using, however here's a link on how to do it for MS Outlook.

A few months ago there was a post detailing how to access your gmail account from your normal ISP email account. This saves from logging into separate accounts.

I have searched but obviously not using the correct words.

Anyone able to help, Please????
