Advice on improving suspension on Ford PK Ranger

Latest update:
thank you to each and everyone that offered assistance and advice.
Lesson learnt - Make sure you're body is young enough to withstand the harshness of the suspension of a ute before you buy one.

The problems encountered trying to change or modify things to soften the ride is beyond us. There are a lot of possible solutions, but really, to stay within the bounds of law, to do something substantial would be either illegal or cost prohibitive.

The only way we could see things improving was to have an artificial disc put in her spine to cusion the ride on her old bones.

Probably would have been cheaper to buy a new vehicle but it looks like it may have solved 2 problems.

She may now be able to withstand the harshness of the suspension and she doesn't complain about the pain so much.

Time will tell.

Thank you to all
