Covered set up as in weight distribution, hitches, plug hook ups, mirrors, possible malfunctions. Good confidence building stuff for newbies. In saying that there was a couple of 70 yr old ladies who wanted to see Australia and a couple who had towed a camper trailer around oz now have a caravan and wanted the wife to be confident in helping out .
I personally hadn't been behind the wheel towing the van until today. Was a great environment to get used to it. Still obviously have to practise a lot, but have the know how, how to go about it. Learnt to reverse using point eg rear van light as a reference , how to correct it going off track . Then reversed with your partner telling you to push or pull the rear to correct angle. Then learnt a simple method to reverse into a caravan site. We all did it!! Much to my amazement !!
