G'day Graden and welcome mate. That's going to be one traffic filled trip you're making there...4500kms in only 21 days is 215km per day on some of the busiest/congested roads Australia can offer......how big is your total rig?.....personally I would camp for the 21 days at your current location beautiful Aldinga Beach S.A....fishing....and I used to go to nearby Maslins' Nudist Beach regularly with my first wife when I still had a body.....these days my dried arrangement is by private viewing only....Lol....good luck and calm seas mate....tell us about it upon your return..Hoo Roo

Wow quick trip. We took 9 months to get from sydney to Gold Coast, so many nice spots to stay at, we just stayed too long at some. Its a stunning coastline.
Be safe and take some time to enjoy.

Good luck for the trip.  Hope it is a safe & enjoyable experience.

We all travel according to our circumstances.

When touring we prefer to travel around a max of 350km/day, prefer 250, and don't do overnight stop overs.  We used to do a minimum of 2 nights each stop but have now gone to 3 nights min.  We always include in our plan frequent week long  stop overs at key locations.  Of course many will be aghast at this & point out that these stops are far to short.

Others avoid having a plan.   My plans are usually very detailed, but their main use is as a 'doability' test & I rarely stick to them once on the road.

Saying that we recently went from Bris to Sydney with our two Grand children in two weeks.  This included a full week at Narrabeen Lakes, Sydney.  So in this case our travel rules went out the window.  We had to modify our plans to fit into the School holidays.  It too was a traffic filled trip but VERY enjoyable.
