Caravan rollover

Not good rastas at all. Just shows you have to be real careful when travelling around, at least no one was seriously hurt. Just rest up for while and gather your thoughts, have a cuppa then set of again but,

We were travelling north towards Tennant Creek about 9.00 this morning when a caravan pulled out to pass us. The driver lost control and almost hit us before it swerved off the road and rolled over. Caravan demolished but the occupants were not seriously hurt. We are still shaking  three hours later.

OMG! Have a day off and gather yourself together rastas.

Hope the couple in the crash are able to secure their stuff from the caravan and recover from their accident. Did the police come?

Good to hear there were no serious injuries.  A poll over like that is a frightening thing, can take years off your life.

Crikey - you guys were lucky - not good for the other people though! Glad they weren't seriously injured.

It's really bad experience to see these things happen, even though you're not involved.
These things happen when the van is not loaded correctly and speed is often a factor.
Kick back, relive the experience by talking about it, and be thankful you weren't involved.
Just drive safely.

A frightening experience, Rastas, and one I hope you soon get over. Overtaking or being overtaken is not one of my favorite pastimes.

Glad it was a near-miss for you rastas and not a direct hit. So frustrating when it could have been avoided. Take care and have a break if possible before you head off again. It certainly shakes you up.

Simply terrible for all concerned.
I trust no-one on this Forum will now ask for details/factors concerning how the accident happened, when, to be fair to all concerned including driver & witness's, and considering no doubt possible Insurance Claim may be made, it should not be discussed further on Social Media to prejudice their unfortunate situation.
So glad no-one was physically hurt. Hoo Roo
