Fillits of Barra

1 tabs lemon pepper seasoning.

1 whole shallot.

Sprinkle fish generously with lemon pepper,Cover and refrigerate for 15 mins. Cook under preheated grill or Bbquntil flesh is white and flakes easily when testedwith a fork.

Garnish with shallot.
