Serves 4.
2 sheets fuff pastry thawed.
1/2 onion diced
4 rashes bacon roughly chopped.
6 eggs.
Place first sheet of pastry in a greased or paper lined quiche dish. Cover the base with onion & bacon.
Crack each egg ( without breaking yolk ) spaning the entire base.
Season with salt and pepper, before topping with final sheet of pastry.
Using a fork, seal the edges and trim excess pastry.
Piece the lid 4 times and bake in a 200c oven for around 25mins.
