Darling Shady, you were a beautiful dog. Such a gentle nature and those eyes were so welcoming. I am so sad we won't meet again pal.
To Norma, I know what you are going through, my heart goes out to you. Not sure where you are at the moment and whether a phone call will get through, but will try in a couple of days when you are up to a call. Love to you all.

I am so sorry. I took my beautiful Bailey to the vets last week for a teeth cleaning, just so there would be no problems for the dog sitter while I am overseas for four weeks. The last thing I needed was the phone call to say he didn't come out of the anaesthetic.It hurt so much, but at least, I know he is not stressing while I am away. Our dogs are part of our family that's why it hurts when they are gone.

I'm really sorry to hear you also lost a mate. I know they warn it can happen but you don't expect it to.

My deepest condolences. I know I'd be devastated to lose Gypsy.

Hopefully the memories will soon outweigh the grieving (easier said than done, I know)
