RE: Single Beds

I prefer single beds, especially in hot humid weather and you either do not have airconditioning or are camped with no power source for aircon.  A nice hot body alongside you might be good in winter, but not the greatest in summer...also no sleep disturbance from partner when turning over, getting up to go walkies etc.

East west double or bigger against the wall at the end are not much fun if one partner has to climb over the other in the middle of the night etc.  Island doubles or bigger with side access on both side are best for both making the bed and getting in and out if you want that configuration.
