My brother uses this to email me from the UK. I have never had a problem from it yet, and he's been using it for the last five years. So unless something has changed, I'd say no there's no problem.
Hi Vic. I used to like Incredimail, but got a new computer and dropped it. I recently thought to reactivate it. Big mistake. In the signing-up process, they ask for your email address (fine) . . . and the password for the email account! How stupid do they think I am?
Their window keeps popping up on my screen, but I have learned to leave it strictly alone. I'd avoid the whole business like the plague.
Cheers, Tony

Thanks also Grams, I get emails from the UK and they have the incredimail emoticons on them, they've been around for awhile, I always delete them before replying or sending on if a joke etc.
Good advice Tony, did you see the get together at Beverley?
If you read the EULA (End User License Agreement) you will find something along the lines of once you agree, they can use the software to install anything they damn well feel like.
And it will track your Internet usage, access your email, and then collect all sorts of marketing data and sell it. Nothing is free.
I freaked a lady out one day by showing her what data was going from her computer to the internet from all the toolbars etc she had installed, because she liked dancing sheep, pretty wallpapers etc.
Duh, have you checked the size of those email from incredimail? they are a massive size, in turn using a lot of your resources to download, suggest you ask your friend not to use incredimail to email you, or use MailWasher Pro to read their emails on your server then delete them, that way you do not use any resources of yor own.
Thanks Wombat, I have done that but they don't take any notice, I have reminded them again and passed on Oxley's info so hopefully they may take a bit more notice this time.
If I onforward an email they have sent me I always remove the animations beforehand, which is a PITA, however their downloaded email coming in has already cost me some of my download allowance.....
