Probably 60Lts, but could be a little less. The Ratio of bleach to water won't matter to much, but 1 cup of bleach will be plenty. Fill tanks with the solution and Pump through to the tap and then leave overnight, then drain and flush. Refill with clean water using a Food Brade hose and pump water through to tap and leave again for a day or so then drain and flush. Refill, pump through to tap and then drain again. All should now be clean and sanitary. Have fun. OJ
PS> make sure you use PLAIN chlorine bleach (Supermarket home brands are OK) and not scented bleach such as lemon etc.

HI - we have a Coromol Silhouette 2005 camper - there are no detailed tech specs in any of the information provided or on line which tell us what the capacity of the tank is. I would imagine it would be similar to that of a smaller Jayco camper. Can anyone please assist? We are in the process of cleaning out the tank prior to taking it away in 2 weeks and need to know size to work out the ratio of water to bleach/chlorine to run through the tank.
Many thanks.

Many thanks - all good - water now tastes OK and I'm still standing, so obviously all worked and tank clean! Have had the mechanics of the van all tested by the authorised repairer locally and just tested and run the gas fridge and stove today and after what I believe has been about 5 years since the van has been used, we are confident it is working safely and well. Last pre departure job now completed and all systems working and ready to go - just need to cool our heels until 7 May and then 2 weeks at Brooms Head before home to repack before heading north via Stanthorpe (to gather some special supplies) and Toowoomba - and then few nights at Lake Cressbrook to have some time in the kayaks, before a leaisurely drive heading further north as the whim takes us. I will post in a couple of week in the "get together" forum to see if anyone is travelling around the same time and place in the hope of a meet somewhere as we head north. We look forward to meeting as many forum members as possible in our travels.
Cheers
