To me you cannot go past the 12v 807 Fans that are quiet, speed adjustable have a timer and fold up under a cupboard, But they cost $149.95+ each.

Morning Herbie,

I recently installed a Caframo 807 Sirocco https://www.whitworths.com.au/main_itemdetail.asp?cat=123&item=35794 very nice little fan that uses bugger all power.

When I bought mine they were on special @ $150, looks like they have reverted to their original price $200, good fan, bloody expensive.confuse

Me too Herbie,I got my Caframo from Whitworths at $149 and am pleased with the performance.Main reason I bought mine was based on the look of the thing to match my MH interior..

Yes it's expensive but as a previous post,it uses little power and not too many have a timer as well.

Good price Herbie, I paid $150 plus about $16 postage for mine.

I'm sure you will be pleased with it, well designed, have a timer and speed control, move a reasonable amount of air and seem to be well made.smile

Not marine but not anywhere near the price. I stumbled on to them and bought one. They are quiet and efficient.

Well done Herbie, I'm happy with mine, they really are easy to install draw bugger all power, and fold away nicely when not in use.

I recon before you buy one of these fans ,one needs to do thier home work as like all thing ,some cheapo ones around, and do not think they would last long in QLD  and WA due to the demand on them being used more than say the cooler stares. At least down in them parts they get some kind of breather from the real heat.

I've had a couple of cheapies (will I ever learn?) that I've thrown out as they were too noisy. I now have the Caframo installed but I've yet to give it a serious try out.
