I'm inclined to agree with you, Baz. Then again, I'm the epitome of purity and innocence, and have nothing to hide. :)

Update: after 8 emails to and from RACQ I have my DOB deleted from my account. Didn't beat them though - when I hand them my card, it will bring up a screen which has my name, address and a blank space where my DOB normally is. Then they must go to page 2 so as to fully identify - and on this page they can select from licence number, car rego or phone number. It was suggested that I simply hand my licence over with the RACQ card but that has my DOB and pic and other stuff that might be personal like blood type, if you wear glasses and probably some other 1984 stuff. Plus I don't like the picture on it.
When I vote for who is going to run this country, I only need to give my name and address.....looks like a discount or a free map is worth more than my vote!
Happy travelling.

What an absolute load of cr**.  Don't you realise the freedom we have? Explain what you mean rather than inane statements.

Got to agree with you Baz...All the GN's would have been rounded up into a "caravan park" with a very large shower block.......
