I was there for a week and in that spacifically allocated area there was a variety from tents to buses .. a sign says only "9" units allowed but I never saw anyone ejected ..
the numbers usually varied each day ..
and just between you and me .. " being a solo traveller, I got it down to $15.00 per night" .. but don't tell nobody. ok ?
Nice stopover but a few flies as horses are active in the area .. I liked it !

Hi Joh, what great photo's. Took me back to my aviation days. We are getting ready to leave Rye for SA. we will be coming in via BOARDERTOWN and then into the FLaurie's Peninsula via Lake Alexandrina to Rapid Bay. Cheryl has an appointment at the Royal Adelaide Hosp on the 29th so we will hang around the Rapid bay area until we go to a caravan park at Aldinga Beach caravan park so we are closer to Adelaide. So not sure of your movements but that's our short term.

Will catch up with guys again .. but probably not as soon as I had hoped as I will leave here (Naracoorte) in about a weeks time to spend some time at Boomi in Northern NSW near the border .. will stay in touch !
Its coming together nicely Jim (and Leonie) .. still doing some mods to the plane so that I can add some wheels to improve the landings .. camera needs to be in the clear underneath though .. talk soon !
