Our Rig

Here are two pics of our rig. We're busy outfitting it, living in it in the backyard till we get comfortable with it, then we're off on some short trips. We plan to do longer trips as we are able :)

Very nice rig, good idea to try the living in bit before you leave home too, but try to pretend you are not close to home, no sneaking inside to watch the bigscreen TV or have that icecream in the fridge, he he! smile

Looking good, have fun with the set up, see how many times you move things before they find their final home !!!.
Enjoy the practice runs I know we did, lots of learning

Lol about sneaking inside :) We were very good the first day, then started going in and out of the house. We found a couple of problems that need fixing this way though, so it has been worth it.

We feel like a coupla kids, camping out in the back yard :D We didn't know how wonderful the back yard could be, in a Motorhome!!

Very nice MH.

When our youngest daughter stays overnight at her friends or her sisters place, Les and I are sleeping in the van to try it out...and yes we feel like we are kids camping out in the back yard.

Oh, to be a kid again? I think that's exactly what we're all doing by travelling Oz in our motorhomes and caravans. Kids with wrinkles.

Thanks, Janette :) It's lovely to get your feedback. We liked it from the moment we saw pics of it and liked it even better in person. Just spent our first three nights in it and felt like we'd been on a much longer holiday.

It's working for us :)

Don't normally like the ones with Overcab areas, but that one is an exception.  It looks very well made, and finished.   And would you believe I think I saw one exactly like it in a DVD I watched last night, called Casino.   The FBI, or CIA, used one as an observation unit.  Can't mistake that look.  I'll have to watch it again soon, to see whether I'm right or not.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Nice RV - good idea about trying it out first - we lived in ours for 4 weeks while we had family visit from interstate and live in the house. They wanted to live in our RV but i said it was new and the house is old ha ha.

Your pictures may have been too big, or too many for one post.

We actually have a six berth rig. There is a double bed over the cab, a double bed where the dining nook is, and a king size bed in the back. We ue the bed nook over the cab for storage.

Milo the bed is not over the cab - it's made up where the lounge was.

My photos must be too big. Even one of my photos won't upload without moderator approval. I figured out how to add files though and that seems to work so will do that from now on..
