Idea for securing insect screens onto motor home /bus windows/ door

Go to local tip and find old fridge with magnetic seals and remove the magnetic strips from the seals and use them to hold the insect screen on to where ever you need it.No more insects getting inside.

You can also buy rolls of stick-on magnetized tape.

I would think the roll on tape would be the way to go has magnet would not stick to aluminium

We bought the silver window screens for the Starship from "topgear2go" - half the price of the ones seen on a lot of motorhomes, and work really well.  They make them to fit any vehicle, if it is not standard, send the measurements and they will make them for you.  They also do the insect screens.  Australian company from the Gold Coast I think.

Thanks for the feedback Jules, good to know they are cheaper than some others.

For my car doors (if sleeping inside the back) I use those slip over window socks, but don't leave them on when I drive.
