you all know i started riding again..

 

any way this is a pic of my route , dont worry about the time ,lots of stop starts,

also chain keeps slipping , especially when going from 1st gear to 2nd, it stays ok in 2nd though

oh dont wear jeans ( at least not for me) so much hard work in jeans..

i will get a bigger seat as suggested, and my dad lives nearly 2 km's away so my goal

is to eventually to be able to ride to his place and back....

 

I'm stuffed.. plus its pretty humid today,

this is an iphone app that lets you track your walking, running etc and how long you have done it...

fark me I'm stuffed..

Good on you mate in a few weeks you will do this distance 2 times a day
Than you can see your father twice a day :))

John's right. Doesn't take long to get in shape, and bicycles are a great way to get around camping sites and small towns.

Milo my main man, keep going mate all will be well in the fullness of time.(who said that???) I am still waiting to see if you have a position in the Airline for a Chief Stirrer, I reckon that I qualify.
